Yesterday, a reel by Jay Shetty stopped me in my tracks.<\/p>\n\n

He said,<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re really quick to forget that the day we are living today is a day we dreamed of ten years ago. Maybe not in a complete picture, but there\u2019s a part of your life that is exactly the life you wanted. And when you forget that, you lose out on recognizing you\u2019re already living in the dream. And that you already have the power to create that future dream because you\u2019ve already done it once.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Those words hit me hard. I paused, breathed them in, and felt them deep in my soul.<\/p>\n\n

Because the truth is\u2014I do wake up most mornings thinking,
\u201cIs this really my life? How lucky am I to live it?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n

But if I\u2019m honest, I also carry a constant undercurrent of:
\u201cYou\u2019ve got to do more. Be more. Improve more.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

And then I remember\u2026<\/p>\n

The version of me ten years ago?<\/p>\n

She would\u2019ve been in awe of the life I get to live now. She\u2019d be proud. She\u2019d be hopeful. And she\u2019d tell me to stop being so hard on myself and to see the beauty in what I\u2019ve already created.<\/p>\n

And even further back\u2014my 22-year-old self, the young woman who felt trapped inside a body and brain wracked with a debilitating anxiety disorder? She never could have dreamed of standing on stages across the country, speaking to thousands, or building a business that spreads happiness and hope.<\/p>\n

She would\u2019ve thought that kind of life was impossible.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

And yet\u2014here I am.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I feel on fire with life and my career. I am living in my purpose. I\u2019m not just sharing strategies. I\u2019m reminding people of something I had to learn the hard way:<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf1f Even in the hardest seasons, you already have seeds of strength within you.
\ud83c\udf1f You have skills you may not even recognize yet.
\ud83c\udf1f And when you don\u2019t feel strong enough on your own, be willing to reach out for support.<\/p>\n

And here\u2019s what I want you to think about today: What part of your life right now would your \u201cten-years-ago self\u201d<\/em> be amazed by? Maybe it\u2019s the career you\u2019ve built, the family you\u2019ve raised, the friendships you\u2019ve nurtured, or the way you\u2019ve grown through challenges. You\u2019ve already created dreams before\u2014proof that you have the power to create the next one, too.<\/p>\n
